there are star shells and sky Rockets that make it at times as light as day and then when old Fritz sends over a Whizz Bang or Rum Jar or some other kind of Shell into our lines it kind of breaks the monotony and every one gets alive and it only takes a short time to make him quit and for every shell he sends over to us he gets from thirty to Forty in exchange so it don't pay him very well we sure have him buffalloed everywhere and when there is a big bombardment on it is something dreadfully grand to witness and makes
