crime sheet showing I have done 19 days detention & 8 day C.B. of course. Came Still I belive I stand in well with my present Co officer as I am slated for what is called a good job in France. It gives less risk & more comfort than an ordinary job but I do like to go as far & do as much as my mates. I always did as much as the best befor But I may hang on to this soft job as it will get me in touch with our Head Qutrs and I intend to try (hardly expect to make it) to transfer over to my old unit 1st C.Ps. I can get my old officer to ask for me. I am sure if I ever get into touch with him in France. I hope all your folks are well & that Mrs. MaccArthur finds she can get about much better than before the opperation. Did Joe H realy have to pay that heavy & unjust fine. Just because some one was spiteful & some one else unjust
