My regards to the old tried & true Bunch P.C,T.N,F.H. T.Blair & Jack Campbell Tell Spratt if you can that I am still remembering that he promised to have his summer stake made by August & to let me have his job to earn a winters grub stake when we got back. I hope to want it next August. Finish some other time lights out gone & I must make my bed in the dark. next evening after a busy day doing many fool things but nothing that I could see would help to win the war. Pay day for us but no money for me as I had no Pay Book. My pay book was taken from me at Seaford last pay day as I was nearly full. I made a protest but was ordered to silence befor I could tell them I was going to my own base the next day. Later on when I was in the party to come here I was told I should not have let my Pay Book go. Now I a good conduct man, with 15mts & over in the front zone must go broke for two weeks or write home of couse I write home but it would
