| − | 3/ Walton & Clark are two fine chaps but I dont quite admire the way they do thier prospecting. I hear they are on Goose creek at the place Paquette left, I do not think at all well of the present creek led but belive there must be a high run (broken into in a few places) but it is a difficult thing to say were to look for it. Rrank hunter & Jeff were both turned down so Paquette told me. At present our unitt is not doing the same work as last year. I hope (as do most of the best men) we may be put back at it when the offensive starts if we are not put back at it most of us hope we will be allowed to transfer I shall try for a transfer to an inf.
