3/ Walton & Clark are two fine chaps but I dont quite admire the way they do thier prospecting. I hear they are on Goose creek at the place Paquette left, I do not think at all well of the present creek led but belive there must be a high run (broken into in a few places) but it is a difficult thing to say were to look for it.  Rrank hunter & Jeff were both turned down so Paquette told me. At present our unitt is not doing the same work as last year. I hope (as do most of the best men) we may be put back at it when the offensive starts if we are not put back at it most of us hope we will be allowed to transfer I shall try for a transfer to an inf. Batt but hardly hope to make it. but failing that shall go in to tunnelling unit if I can E.A. had some rather hell stories to tell of the break up of relations among some of the Hopp bunch & their freinds & also that a member
