that a number of the Quesnell boys are in a Batt. I often see I did not know any of the Quesnell bunch by sight but will ask for them the next chance I get. I met one good chum I came over with this a.m. he is one of ours but attch to another unit. I had many friends in the Draft I came over with as Senior Cpl. & they all stick to me & for me, every chance they get. But we are widley scatted now our unit is much broken up & it is always tearing apart, good friends; It hurts but we cant help it. This is several days later. This morning I met up at the front line (where I am for the first time doing a little of the same work as I did at the Wing Dam.) with an old friend of J. Blair. he is a real Scotch man & his name is Cpl [illegible]? G. Norris, 16 Canadian Scottish 130148 France.  Worked for & like most of has a real respect
