Malcolm McNeven is with another part of our unitt I saw him 2 weeks ago some of the boys I came over from Victoria with (a fine lot of men & very loyal to me as thier Corporal) came over to see me & they told me that McNiven was with them so I went over the next day 3 miles he is well & in good heart & looks fine (no booze) also I saw McBrier of Prince George Govt Office one of the officers in our draft from Victoria, also one day I was standing in a party outside of a bath house & talking Cariboo to some of my chums & a man named C. Evans once of Barkervile well known to Tisdale Norrey & J Butts, worked for Bonner once, knows you. Said he would be glad to get a letter. My own Idea is that he is a N.G. but it is hard to judge men here men Just out after a hard time are very queer his address is 43777 No 2 Tunnelling Co France | ||
