Well Fred we have been up to Cowans, twice now & they are fine people. We ran into Miss Lawson & her mother a week ago Sat. & was to go over to call on them last week but couldn't make it. Saw George Shaw one evening & he is looking good. Met Danny Mac Phee also & he didn't know us for awhile, called on them one Sun. afternoon but they were just ready to go out for an auto ride. We never saw Mrs Mac Phee or the children. Was in hopes some of the Barkerville boys would be coming down soon.
