half a doz shells in the air at the same time we got him guessing which way to run.
We were camped near the 29th one day I saw the Reg Harpur. He is the same old boy and getting along alright. Him and another fellow are the only two left in his platoon.
Will you tell auntie I received her parcels and letters alright and uncle that I got his parcels. I got fathers letters some time and Ian's post card. Tell Ian I was glad to hear he did so well at his exams.
Well Bob tomorrow is your birthday I guess. Accept my congratulations. I will celebrate and you can settle after the war
