I received my promised Tunic about three weeks ago, also a pair of gloves, which came in very handy cold nights.
The winter this year has been extremely fine down here. Quite a lot of rain but not as bad as usual.
We are kept busy with the cars lately since Conscription came in, running officers around to the different camps.
Dear mother I have nothing to say because you now just about what I am doing.
With love to the gang.
Your loving son Herbert.
