Last night they called for volunteers for manure. I with ten others all stepped out. All we had to do was load two wagons after supper, but it was more than worth while. We were left off afternoon stables last night and early stables this morning. The weather is good summer weather. It is fairly warm but not unbearable. The nights are cool if not cold.
