I am looking after two pretty good mares and it is a pleasure after all the infantry drill etc. I was riding over the sussex hills last week four times, in some places they are just like some of our ranges but there is no mountain in the back ground. i certainly enjoyed it very much. Yesterday & to-day three of us took our horses swimming in the sea it was grand after they got kinf of used to it but they did'nt know what to make of the salty taste to the water. I am feeling twice as good as I was and the time flies along so things are not so
