Line 1: Line 1:
thing I am now bothered with is a weak leg which I (is)  rapidly improving. I don't even limp now unless going uphill or after a tiring walk. There are 8 officers in this house - a trained nurse and a lady manager. There is an excellent  cook, a big staff of servants and a motor car available. so we are well looked after.

I am only here a few days longer when I am going down to stay with a wealthy widow  in Devonshire. Sounds interesting doesn't it.  Hope she will be nice.
