Today Roberts has sent me a very nice card + quite a cheerful letter considering they are facing another move.  Arthur Bridgman has sent me pipe + tobacco [illegible] a pipe of the best.  Two parcels from Nell - Pentrelew's + your cake I have already thanked for.  Leffie's muffler must have meant a dreadful cost in wool to say nothing of the work!  I don't like people spending money on me though I do like to think I am not forgotten.  There is nothing like letter writing.
