It is unfortunate the the Canadian Army is not very brilliantly represented + that those that are here do not contrast favourably with the Imperials.  Most of the students have already distinguished themselves + the rest are theoretically supposed to be capable of advancement. There are more Victorians + B. Columbians that I have seen in a long while.  Clarence Pitts (a major, what do you think of that?), Major Wilby, Capt. Turner who used to command 88h Regt, Major
