We are called about 4:30 A.M. for early flying.  Leave the aerodrome at 8 and walk back for breakfast.  Make the beds, tidy the rooms, clean up and shave, and report at the aerodrome at 10:00.  We then have a lecture or work on the rigging of new aeroplanes till eleven, then we drill for an hour. This brings us to twelve noon.  We walk back to quarters and lunch at 12:30 p.m. After lunch we sleep till 2 o'clock, then go back to the hangars and work or fly till 4:30.  We have afternoon tea and return for evening flying.  This lasts till 7:00 and we then go back and put on our walking-out dress, in which to dine at 8:00P.M. After dinner we go to bed generally a little after nine. The regular hours are good for one and I am feeling in good trim and
