Just after lunch – Have just eaten a tremendous lunch and am glad of a chance to sit still and write. Kathleen has challenged me to a set of tennis so in a little while we shall be at it. Last month she passed her matriculation in medicine for London University – and she is just seventeen, and an exception in that she has both brains and beauty. She is now writing to Tommy so I will write a line to put in too.
Good-bye for the present. Love to you both.
Your affectionate son
Haworth.
