myself dizzy after the "spin" because I had looked out to one side a little instead of looking straight down. I expect I'll become accustomed to it all in time and then will practice a few of them (the stunts) myself. This is quite necessary  in scout flying as a good stunter can fool the other fellow and out maneuver him. A number of our boys have been sent to fly the big bombing machines-a much easier job but somehow I can't help being glad that I am to be a scout pilot for I think I could face a fighting Hun aviator with a clear conscience than I could drop bombs on German civilians in the cities they propose raiding in reprisal for the raids over in England. It seems a rotten method
