There was no fight at all until Ing Soo picked up the chair. I heard no demand for pay by Ing Soo. I did not hear Spencer call Ingo Soo a son of a bitch but will not swear that he didn’t.
There was no blow struck before the Chinaman picked up the chair. I did not interfere.
