The Information of William H, Vickers, of the City of Prince Rupert, in the said County of Atlin, taken upon oath, before me, the undersigned, one of His Majestys Police Magistrates in and for the said City of Prince Rupert, at Prince Rupert, in the said County of Atlin, this 17th day of June, in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and eleven, who saith that (he hath just cause to suspect and believe, and doth suspect and believe that) Mr. Hung of the City of Prince Rupert, in the said County of Atlin, within the space of 7 days last past, to wit, on the 16th day of June instant, at the City of Prince Rupert, in the County aforesaid, did procure Katie Stephens a woman to become within Canada a common prostitute contrary to the form of the Statute in such case made and provided,
