The Jurors for Our Lord the King present that Lee Sing and Lee Lewie at the City of Vancouver in the County of Vancouver in the Province of British Columbia on the twenty-seventh day of June in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and ten, while carrying offensive weapons, to wit revolvers, were found with goods, to wit four cans of opium.[sic] liable to seizure under the laws relating to the customs, then well knowing such goods to be so liable to seizure against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the peace of Our Lord the King, his Crown and Dignity.
