</p><p>I am informant in this case. I came to Yale on the 6th of last June. I have been working on the Railway during that time. I was at the Big Tunnel on the 28th February last, I saw the Defendant King on that day, I bought some whiskey of him. bottle produced I recognize that bottle of liquor, it is spirituous liquor. I paid the Defendant $1.45 for it.  I had no trouble in getting it. Fairfax was with me when I bought, paid for and obtained the bottle.  I brought the bottle placed it in Mr. [?] hands Government Agent, Yale. I drew the cork and tasted the whiskey. I packed this bottle produced with me to Bartlets
