Q: Ask him if he recollects the 16th of July viewing the body of a Chinaman in the presence of those gentlemen there (the jury)? A: Yes. I see him there. Q: What was the name of the Chinaman? A: Lung Lee. Q: Did he see Chung Chu? A: He says Chung Chu died. Q: He saw him in the presence of the jury? A: Yes
