(2) on arrival in Canada you should report to the local Military Authorities

It is to be understood that officers travelling abroad are not at liberty to offer their services with foreign troops, or accept any military employment.

If they contemplate spending any period beyond a fortnight in a country where there is an English Military Attaché, they should advise that office of their address and movements.
