Information and Complaint for an Indictable Offence. Canada City of Vancouver, The information and complaint of John W McIntosh, of Vancouver, taken the 8th February, 1900, before the undersigned J. A. Russell, police magistrate in and for the said city of Vancouver, who says that Tom Lung, on the 8th of February instant at Vancouver aforesaid one Alexander Holland unlawfully did wound and cause grievous bodily harm with latent thereby then unlawfully the said Alexander Holland to kill and murder, contrary to the statute in such case made and provided.
