A. Yes.

Q. Is it within or without the City limits. ?
A. About 150 yards outside the boundary, in the County of Kootenay.
The accused was asked through the interpreter if he wished the Depositions read through, and through his Interpreter said No.
His Worship committed the accused for trial at the next Court of Competent Jurisdiction.
