The Jurors for our Lady the Queen present that Tom Lung at the City of Vancouver in the County of Vancouver In the Province of British Columbia on the eighth day of February in the year of our lord one thousand nine hundred one Alexander Holla nd unlawfully did wound with intent thereby then unlawfully the said Alexander Holland to kill and murder against the form of the statute in such case made and provided and against the peace of our said Lady the Queen her crown and dignity. And the Jurors aforesaid do further present that the said Tom Lung afterwards to wit on the day and year and at the place last aforesaid the said Alexander Holland unlawfully did wound with intent in so doing to him the said Alexander Holland then to do grievous bodily harm against the form of the statute in such case mad ena dprovided and against the peace of our said Lady the Queen her Crown and dignity.
