Madam,
With reference to your letter of 16th July, I am commanded by the Army Council to state that, according to the records in the Department, Miss Norah Crenia Denny served as a Special Military Probationer with the Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service at home and abroad from 20th December, 1915 to 19th January, 1919.
I am to state that her services were satisfactory, and that nothing of an adverse nature is recorded against her.
I am to add that she was awarded the Royal Red Cross, 2nd Class (vide London Gazette dated 3rd June, 1919, and was Mentioned in Despatches (vide London Gazette dated 25th May, 1918).
