With reference to your letter of 16th July, I am commanded by the Army Council to state that, according to the records in the Department, Miss Norah Crenia Denny served as a Special Military Probationer with the Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service at home and abroad from 20th December, 1915 to 19th January, 1919.
