We are to have a new chaplain & we are all hoping that he will prove to be a greater success than the one we are losing.
The great war goes on but is steadily drawing to its close and the great day of rejoicing when peace is assured is daily coming closer. One hardly dares to think of the sensation of starting on the journey home to all one's loved ones.
May we all keep our health until that day and its fruition in the welcome of our dear ones.
Your affectionate son
Arthur
