THE information and complaint of John Thomson of Cumberland, taken this 1st day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one, before the undersigned one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace, in and for the said County of Naniamo, who saith that Wong Yuan and Wong Quen of Chinatown, District of Comox, County and Province aforesaid did unlawfully on the 19th day of October 1901 at Chinatown aforesaid, conduct a scheme for the purpose of determining, who, the holder of certain tickets, were the winners of moneys then and there to be disposed on.
