Do you know any thing of George Shaw. I left a big bag of clothes with him in Van. he was to send it to my old chum McKenzie (in Van) also I left Shaw a chit for a gal of rum. Paid 14.50 he was to write me or give the money to you. Let me know if he is up in Cariboo. I wrote him fm Montreal to Van but I did not get any reply. You & my own folks in Eng are the only real ones, once we get away.
