But out of the 100 men I came over with I know there 13 or more (13 certain) still in England & all fit (but for cold feet) who draw on that fund. Re Probition as you know I am not a drinker still tell Pat. C. to spend a little of his Election winnings (good luck to them & to P.G.) on a bottle of Fire Water & salt it away for when the boys come Home. P.S. Better make it two or even three. The election pleased me well, glad J. F. was snowed under. Sorry to hear that Jack Sheen died, Jack was the best of that Bunch & Mrs S. a very nice woman. Hope the (illegible) inside got looked after O.K. ours often now gets into the same condition. Still we get over it as no doubt he did | ||
