| − | April 7th Went into H.Q. Saw Colonel. On my way back at Liencourt I met 2nd Lieu A. Davie walking to rejoin his unit after coming out of hospital. He walked back with me & we had lunch & a jolly nice time & in the afternoon we walked almost into AVESNES. We also went to the Officers Club & both wrote to Madge. A most enjoyable time.
